Talis Park offers two levels of memberships to the club, Sports and Golf, and all Talis Park residents are required to join as Sports Members at a minimum.

2024 Sports Memberships are available with a $38,250 Initiation Fee and an annual fee of ~$8000. Six rounds of golf are available with the Sports Membership per calendar year.

Many clubs in SWFL do not allow annual or seasonal tenants access to club amenities but Talis Park tenants can transfer Sport Membership privileges for $600 per lease term or Golf Membership privileges for $1,500 per lease term.

The highest-priced condominium sale for the year was an attached villa in Toscana that sold for $2,525,000 ($582/SF).  This condominium was built in 2005 and included 4,077 square feet, 5 bedrooms + den, 5 full and 1 half bath, and a 2 car garage.
