Naples Sailing & Yacht Club (NSYC)

In 1964, Commodore Jack Messmer, alongside a group of enthusiastic boaters, got together to set up the Naples Yacht and Sailing Club. Today, with its recent 2008 renovation, the NYSC is a glorious 3,200 square foot clubhouse which offers elegant fine dining, a casual Lighthouse Lounge and Bar, and an environment that you can proudly call ‘home away from home’. You can get a regular membership, which includes access to the marina and clubhouse, or you can opt for the social membership which gives access to year-round social events. Member amenities include:
- Card rooms and private meeting rooms
- Men’s and ladies locker rooms
- Swimming pool overlooking the Naples Bay
- 75 concrete floating docks
And the best part? You don’t need to be a boat owner to take part in this premium club. By joining NYSC, you get reciprocal privileges for the Florida Council of Yacht Clubs, which is a group of 35 private yacht clubs. You also get reciprocal privileges for the American Register of Yacht Clubs, which has over 700 yacht clubs across the US! If you’re interested in things other than boating, you can also get access to around 15 other reciprocal clubs which include beach, tennis, golf, and traditional dining clubs. Naples Yacht Club (NYC)
Ranked number six in the top yacht clubs in America, Naples Yacht Club (NYC) is one of the cities oldest and finest yacht clubs. It is amongst the top 50 yacht clubs in the world, and has been awarded #1 yacht club in the state of Florida by Platinum Clubs of America. In the 2020-2021 awards by the Platinum Clubs of America, NYC was once again listed in the Top 30 Yacht Clubs…so it is truly one of the finest in the nation.
With all these titles in hand, you can expect to find a state of the art marina, various docking services and, and exciting yacht related events at this club all year round. There is a full social calendar for boaters and non-boaters alike, a newly renovated clubhouse which offers casual and fine dining, galas, holiday parties, ladies luncheons, overnight cruises and more! One insider tip – you do not have to be a full member to avail its services; they offer docking services and event invitations to members of other clubs that are recognized by the NYC. Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club
Tucked away in a protected harbor beside the pristine shores of Rookery Bay, Hamilton Harbor Yacht Club is more than just a marina. Established by Collier Enterprises in 2008, the club has old-florida style architecture to reflect in heritage, but the facilities and services are modern and efficient. This much is obvious from its advanced boat storage facility, which was made using an innovative, tilt-wall concrete construction method, and can withstand hurricane force winds of up to 150 miles per hour.
The club’s motto is “At Hamilton Harbor, you’re sure to have a perfect day on the water…even if you never leave the dock!” Dining at the club delivers a high quality dining experience with the freshest local ingredients and a casual atmosphere with no dress code. Pelican Isle Yacht Club
Recently awarded Top 50 in The World and #7 Nationwide, Pelican Island Yacht Club is a gorgeous private island club that lies just 5 minutes from the open waters. Located in the Wiggins Pass area of North Naples, the elite club offers 400 memberships and 190 boat slips with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Membership privileges include:
