Fiddler’s Creek Membership Fees
Community: It’s essential to note that there is a mandatory Fiddler’s Creek Foundation membership required for all homeowners, which includes a $30,000 Capital Acquisition Assessment due upon purchase of a property within Fiddler’s Creek. That $30,000 is refundable upon the sale of the property. Also, all property owners are required to pay a Capital Reserve Assessment of $5,000 upon closing of their residential unit. 2025 quarterly dues are $1,090 per quarter and the telecommunications assessment is $312.50 per quarter, adding up to a total of approximately $5,610 per year. Homeowners will also pay additional HOA fees which will vary depending which neighborhood the home is located within.
Golf Club: See details on the Golf Club below. Memberships to the Golf Club at Fiddlers Creek are currently available but please call Matt to confirm. 2025 initiation fees are $400,000 and are fully refundable upon club exit (conditions might apply). Annual dues are approximately $23,850.
Marina and Beach Club: Adding to the charm of Fiddler’s Creek is the exclusive option to join The Tarpon Club which provides access to a marina with wet and dry boat storage (but no clubhouse) and a beach club located at the Marco Beach Ocean Resort. Tarpon Club members enjoy 50-60 curated social events per season. Wet and dry boat slips can be leased for an additional fee (based on availability and membership status). There are two categories of Tarpon Club membership to choose from:
- Annual Membership: 2025 dues are $5,200 for new members. Includes Limited Tarpon Club Membership Privileges.

(i) During the off-season of 2025, the main clubhouse and pool area will be renovated, refreshing the style to a more modern aesthetic. The interior of the restaurant will be updated, the spa will be expanded to upstairs, landscaping around the pool will be redone and the pickleball courts will be expanded from 4 to 6 courts. The renovation is expected to be complete by October 2025.
(ii) By 2027, the developer will start constructure to add a second amenity center near the eastern gate that connects to US41 that will have a resort style pool, an 8000 square foot exercise facility, a restaurant, 12 pickleball courts and more. The new amenity center is expected to be complete by 2028.
