Matt Brown is a fantastic Naples real estate agent. We recently bought a house in Old Naples. Matt gave us great advice from negotiating to closing. He has great local knowledge and contacts and phone numbers for everything from Florida Power and Light, to the water co (whom he called for us), to repairmen, painters and contractors. Matt took the lead during the inspection and afterward to ensure several repairs were completed by the prior owner. He worked with tremendous competence and attention to detail through out the process. We can’t imagine having gotten thorough this (much of the time in NY) without Matt. He is also a nice guy !
