Additionally the golf membership annual operating dues are $22,030 (2023-24). Alternatively, you can opt for a house membership, which is the minimum mandatory requirement for Quail West property owners which costs $70,000 (or possibly a $7,000 transfer fee) with annual operating dues of $10,940. Keep in mind that there may be additional fees such as capital dues, food and beverage minimums and golf cart trail fees, which are subject to potential modifications by the management.
