Tiburón Golf Club is an exclusive club within the Tiburón community featuring upscale luxury residences. This esteemed golf club features two distinguished 18-hole par-72 golf courses: The Gold Course and The Black Course, both designed by Greg Norman.

Tiburón hosts several prominent events every year:

• The Naples Winter Wine Festival takes place every January.  Since its inception in 2001, the Naples Winter Wine Festival has raised approximately $269 million for children in need.
• Live Fest, Naples’ premier music experience started in 2019 and held every December on the Tiburón driving range with VIP suites and general admission for 9000+.
• The Grant Thornton Invitational (replaced the PGA tour’s QBE Shootout starting in 2023): The PGA TOUR and LPGA’s best teamed up in a new mixed team invitational where they’ll compete for equal prize money of $4 million.  The Grant Thornton Invitational is a new mixed-team Challenge Season event that saw 16 LPGA and 16 PGA TOUR players compete together in a unique co-sanctioned tournament for equal prize money of $4 million. The 32-player event was held at Tiburón Golf Club & The Ritz-Carlton Naples, Tiburón.  The Grant Thornton Invitational supported a variety of charities including CureSearch for Children’s Cancer.
• The CME Group Tour Championship is a women’s professional golf tournament and the season-ending event of the LPGA Tour played in November on The Gold Course at Tiburon.
• The Chubb Classic presented by SERVPRO: ​​​​​​​The PGA TOUR Champions has been a part of the fabric of Florida’s Paradise Coast since its inception in 1988.  Held in February on The Black course at Tiburon, the Chubb Classic is the longest-standing PGA TOUR Champions event held in one metropolitan area and annually boasts one of the best fields on tour.

Condo Communities (5 neighborhoods with 382 condominiums):

• Castillo: Castillo at Tiburón is a low-rise condominium community of 102 units with 3 units in each building, one per floor with private elevators for the 2nd and 3rd floor units.  Castillo was built between 2000 and 2005 and the units range in size from 2,159 square feet to 3,582 square feet of interior living space and include 2 car garages. Units offer view of either Tiburon’s Gold course’s 2nd and 3rd holes to the east or preserve views to the west.  The Castillo neighborhood also has a shared pool for the residents to enjoy.
• Ventanas: Ventanas at Tiburón is a condominium community with 82 units spread between three 5-story buildings overlooking the 1st hole of Tiburon’s Gold Course.  The Ventanas buildings were constructed 2002 to 2005 and units range in size from 1,075 to 3,230 square feet of interior living space.  Ventanas residents enjoy a community pool.
• Bolero: Bolero at Tiburón is a condominium community of 60 units with 3 units in each building with access via elevator for the upper floors.  The Bolero buildings were constructed from 1999 to 2003 and range from 1,768 to 2,839 square feet of interior living space. Residents of Bolero enjoy views over the 10th and 11th holes of Tiburon’s Gold Course as well as a community pool.  The neighborhood is located across the street from Tiburon’s clubhouse.
• Esperanza I & II: Esperanza at Tiburón is a condominium community with 90 units spread among 15 four-story elevator buildings.  The Esperanza buildings were constructed from 2013 to 2015 and units range in size from 2,930 to 3,154 square feet of interior living space.  7 of the buildings face to south over the Gold Course’s 1st and 2nd holes.  8 of the buildings face to the north and have preserve views.  Esperanza residents enjoy a community pool.
• Marquesa Royale: Marquesa Royale at Tiburón is a condominium community with 48 units over 8 buildings with 6 units per building.  Built from 2008 to 2012, Marquesa Royale units range from 2,539 square feet to 3,086 square feet of interior living space.  Marquesa Royale offers views over Tiburon’s Gold Course’s 13th and 18th holes, has a community pool and is located adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton’s aquatic center featuring a lazy river, waterslides, pool with cabanas and an open air bar/restaurant, Ria all accessible with a Tiburón membership.

Single Family Communities (4 neighborhoods with 158 homes):

• Escada: Escada Estates is Tiburon’s premier single family neighborhood with 31 estate homes mostly built from 2001 to 2014, a few homes were built later with the last home in the neighborhood constructed in 2021.  Homes in Escada Estates are on larger lots ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 acres and range in size from 4,500 square feet to 9,500 square feet of interior living space.  Most homes within Escada Estates offer views over Tiburon’s Golf course’s 14th 15th, 16th and 17th holes.
• Marsala: Marsala at Tiburón is a single family neighborhood of 56 homes built from 2007 to 2014.  Homes range in size from 3,100 square feet to 4,500 square feet with a couple of homes that are even larger.  This is the only neighborhood within Tiburón that is located across a main street from the club and other neighborhoods, it’s located on the east side of Livingston Road, just north of Vanderbilt Beach Road.  Tiburon’s Black Course surrounds the homes within Marsala offering golf course views to almost every home in this neighborhood.  Property lot sizes typically range from 0.25 acres to 0.50 acres with a couple of homes on even larger lots.  Most homes within Marsala have a three car garage.
• Serafina: Serafina at Tiburón is a community of 44 single family homes bordered by the Gold Course’s 3rd hole to the East and the Golf Course’s 6th hole to the west offering golf course views for every home. Serafina homes were built from 2001 to 2009 and range in size from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet of interior living space.  Most lots are 0.18 acres to 0.30 acres with a few homes on even larger lots.  Most homes in Serafina have 2 car garages.
• Norman Estates: Norman Estates at Tiburón is a private enclave of 27 residences built from 2000 to 2003.  Norman Estates homes range in size from 2,876 to 4,872 square feet and lot sizes vary from 0.20 acres to 0.31 acres.

   Tiburon is semi-private with a limited total of 350 memberships available. The Black and Gold Courses alternate between days open to the public and days reserved for members only.

   Designed by Greg Norman, Tiburon showcases two par 72 eighteen-hole golf courses. Both courses lack rough but feature ponds, trees, bushes, and preserved areas affecting tee shots. Fairways and approach areas are closely mown, challenging flop and pitch shots but facilitating putting from off the greens. Elevated greens with multiple run-off areas are bordered by stacked sod bunkers.
7. What is the difference between the Gold Course and the Black Course?
   The Black Course at Tiburón Golf Club holds a higher rating than the Gold Course. Renowned for its tight layout and natural surroundings, the Black Course meanders through woodlands and Lakeland terrain. Some find the Gold Course more forgiving and enjoyable to play golf on.
8. Does the LPGA and PGA Tour Play Tiburon?
