Units offer view of either Tiburon’s Gold course’s 2nd and 3rd holes to the east or preserve views to the west.  The Castillo neighborhood also has a shared pool for the residents to enjoy.
  • Ventanas: Ventanas at Tiburón is a condominium community with 82 units spread between three 5-story buildings overlooking the 1st hole of Tiburon’s Gold Course.  The Ventanas buildings were constructed 2002 to 2005 and units range in size from 1,075 to 3,230 square feet of interior living space.  Ventanas residents enjoy a community pool.
  • Bolero: Bolero at Tiburón is a condominium community of 60 units with 3 units in each building with access via elevator for the upper floors.  The Bolero buildings were constructed from 1999 to 2003 and range from 1,768 to 2,839 square feet of interior living space.   • Marquesa Royale: Marquesa Royale at Tiburón is a condominium community with 48 units over 8 buildings with 6 units per building.  Built from 2008 to 2012, Marquesa Royale units range from 2,539 square feet to 3,086 square feet of interior living space.  Marquesa Royale offers views over Tiburon’s Gold Course’s 13th and 18th holes, has a community pool and is located adjacent to the Ritz-Carlton’s aquatic center featuring a lazy river, waterslides, pool with cabanas and an open air bar/restaurant, Ria all accessible with a Tiburón membership.

Single Family Communities (4 neighborhoods with 158 homes):

  • Escada: Escada Estates is Tiburon’s premier single family neighborhood with 31 estate homes mostly built from 2001 to 2014, a few homes were built later with the last home in the neighborhood constructed in 2021.  Homes in Escada Estates are on larger lots ranging from 0.5 to 1.0 acres and range in size from 4,500 square feet to 9,500 square feet of interior living space.  Most homes within Escada Estates offer views over Tiburon’s Golf course’s 14th 15th, 16th and 17th holes.
  • Marsala: Marsala at Tiburón is a single family neighborhood of 56 homes built from 2007 to 2014.  Homes range in size from 3,100 square feet to 4,500 square feet with a couple of homes that are even larger.  This is the only neighborhood within Tiburón that is located across a main street from the club and other neighborhoods, it’s located on the east side of Livingston Road, just north of Vanderbilt Beach Road.  Tiburon’s Black Course surrounds the homes within Marsala offering golf course views to almost every home in this neighborhood.  Property lot sizes typically range from 0.25 acres to 0.50 acres with a couple of homes on even larger lots.  Most homes within Marsala have a three car garage.
  • Serafina: Serafina at Tiburón is a community of 44 single family homes bordered by the Gold Course’s 3rd hole to the East and the Golf Course’s 6th hole to the west offering golf course views for every home. Serafina homes were built from 2001 to 2009 and range in size from 2,800 to 5,000 square feet of interior living space.  Most lots are 0.18 acres to 0.30 acres with a few homes on even larger lots.  Most homes in Serafina have 2 car garages.
