Matt graduated from Penn State University with a degree in Engineering, a foundation that gives him a technical perspective on construction quality, property design, attention to detail, and investment analysis. Before his full-time real estate career, he spent more than a decade as a developer and builder, working closely with architects, contractors, and zoning boards, as well as his real estate clients. This hands-on experience allows him to provide clients with valuable insight into the potential of home construction and renovation.

Based in Naples, Matt represents buyers and sellers of luxury properties along the Gulf Coast, including Naples and Bonita Springs.
