Naples Board of Realtors Market Report March 2023 | NABOR

The Naples Area Board of Realtors (NABOR) released its March 2023 Housing Market Report, which indicates that the Naples real estate market continued to experience a strong seller’s market in March 2023. Demand for homes in the area remains high, and the supply of available homes for sale is low, leading to rising property values.

The median closed sales price for homes in Naples, Florida, increased by 15.9% in March 2023 compared to March 2022, reaching $720,000. Additionally, the inventory of available homes for sale in the area decreased by 57.1% compared to March 2022, indicating a continuing trend of low inventory.

The Naples Real Estate Market Report indicates that the market is expected to remain strong throughout 2023, with high demand and low inventory leading to rising property values.
